Warehouse Coordinator

We’re looking for a dynamic Warehouse Coordinator to join our team and support the flow of inventory management, outbound and inbound shipments, and coordination between multiple systems. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the efficient processing of orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring timely communication between teams.

Schedule: 7:00am-3:30pm (Monday-Friday)

Starting Rate: $20.00/Hr.

Warehouse Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Distribute orders to the warehouse and manage their processing using GVM and WMS for resubmission to SAP.
• Oversee all outbound shipments by coordinating shipments between various carriers, allocating daily outbound shipments, and handling necessary documentation (e.g., PODs, ROs).
• Maintain accurate inventory levels in warehouses by monitoring inbound, outbound, returns, and half-sheets in WMS.
• Receive and move cells of daily inbounds, ensuring they are properly GR’d in SAP, and manage all returns and RMAs.
• Track same-day shipments, report daily shipping activity to CSRs and Logistics, and assist with stock transfers.
• Ensure consistency between physical inventory locations and WMS, monitor stock across different warehouse locations, and manage all stock movements.
• Schedule and coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers, ensuring timely transportation of goods.
• Print ROs, submit half-cut requests, and monitor the EDI interface to SAP for smooth data integration.

Skills & Requirements:

• Two (2) or more years of warehouse experience or relevant work
• Organizational skills
• Attention to details
• Ability to multi-task
• Computer skills
