Job Overview

Expert Technical Solutions has an immediate opening for a Business Analyst/Scrum Master to support a cross-functional development team in an Agile environment. This role requires a mix of business analysis, scrum leadership, quality assurance, and functional testing. The ideal candidate will drive alignment within the team, track DevOps work, manage user stories, and ensure smooth sprint execution. This is a hands-on role, requiring humility, adaptability, and the ability to work in a hybrid space between business analysis and scrum mastery.

Key Responsibilities

• Agile & Scrum Leadership: Facilitate scrums, ensure sprint cadence, and maintain the health of the DevOps board.
• User Stories & Requirements: Draft and articulate user stories, document functional requirements, and track development work.
• Testing & Validation: Conduct light testing for mobile app deployment, validate vendor releases, and perform quick smoke tests on-site using Android mobile devices.
• Supplier & Development Team Coordination: Track supplier deliverables, assist the dev team with scrums, and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Software Deployment & Evaluation: Support the pilot phase of a mobile application rollout, providing feedback on feasibility, quality, and potential investment in further QA and development resources.
• DevOps Management: Track development tasks, ensure backlog grooming, and validate that work aligns with expectations.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, QA, and business teams to bridge the gap between functional needs and technical execution.
  
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst and/or Scrum Master in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum best practices.
• Hands-on experience with user stories, drafting requirements, and functional testing.
• Ability to validate mobile applications, conduct light QA testing, and provide feedback on app deployments.
• Experience working with DevOps tracking tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to track work across suppliers and internal teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to align teams and drive clarity.
• Local to Atlanta, GA – required to be onsite 3 days per week.
