Expert Technical Solutions is seeking an IT Manager to lead the implementation of next-generation knowledge systems centered on SAP S / 4HANA ERP for our clients’ Building Products business. This role focuses on the Order to Cash process, partnering with order management, operations, and supply chain teams to develop efficient, end-to-end solutions within ERP systems, customer experience platforms, and analytics tools.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) , a strong understanding of end-to-end commercial business processes, excellent communication skills, and experience leading IT professionals on large-scale projects. Reporting to the IT Senior Director, you will play a pivotal role on a matrixed, cross-functional team to deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive value for internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities :
- Act as the primary liaison between Order to Cash leadership, business teams, and IT capabilities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the functional team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to prioritize requirements and deliver solutions, including design, build, testing, and operations sustainment.
- Provide expert SAP domain leadership to internal teams and external partners.
- Oversee SAP technologies, connected applications, and middleware integrations supporting the Order to Cash process.
- Define strategy, scope, and desired end-state capabilities while ensuring accountability for deliverables.
- Communicate business requirement changes, enhancements, and modifications effectively to stakeholders.
- Conduct research on alternatives and perform cost / benefit analyses.
- Assist in deployment and cutover planning, review functional specifications, and approve system configurations.
- Exhibit strong ownership, initiative, and urgency in managing assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
