IT Manager – Engineering Applications – Green Bay, WI
Expert Technical Solutions has an immediate opening for a motivated IT Manager to lead our clients’ strategy and delivery team managing the engineering and capital project management application portfolio. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a Hybrid work schedule in Green Bay, WI. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with business functional leads to drive innovation, optimize processes, and enhance tools that support successful capital investments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment while identifying and developing required skill sets.
- Application Ownership: Partner with business leaders to manage the roadmap and performance of a portfolio of applications, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee a $3 million annual license portfolio, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with licensing agreements.
- Partnership Development: Build strong business relationships to establish a shared vision, set priorities, and drive collaborative execution strategies.
- Innovative Problem-Solving: Leverage creative problem-solving to identify opportunities, lead technical innovation initiatives, and create value through transformation and modernization.
Basic Qualifications:
- Background in IT, Engineering, or Manufacturing operations.
- Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with peers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and cultivating a productive work environment.
- Expertise in executing platform roadmaps while adapting to shifting business priorities and economic conditions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Autodesk engineering tools.
- Experience with portfolio and project management tools such as Ecosys.
