Product Owner – AI – Atlanta, GA - hybrid
Expert Technical Solutions has an immediate opening for a Product Owner with one of our premier clients in Atlanta, GA. This is a full-time, permanent position with a Hybrid work schedule – 2 days / wk in the office. We have locations in downtown Atlanta, Kennesaw, and Alpharetta – and are open to candidates working in any of these offices.
We are looking for an experienced AI Software Product Owner to join our innovative team. This role is essential in aligning the technical capabilities of our AI solutions with business objectives, ensuring our products meet market needs and provide high value to users. As a Product Owner, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute a product vision and strategy, streamline backlog management, and drive data-driven decision-making for impactful AI features. You will play a key role in enhancing communication, fostering collaboration, and maintaining a user-centric focus, helping us build compliant, innovative AI products.

Team Environment :
As part of the Generative AI Capability team, you’ll work daily with technical experts, leaders, other Product Owners, and enabling capability teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, developers, and end-users to gather requirements and define AI-driven business needs.
- Shape and communicate the product vision and strategy for AI software solutions.
- Develop and maintain a roadmap for AI features and enhancements, outlining development and release schedules.
- Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog to ensure it reflects high-value and feasible features.
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Define and monitor KPIs to measure AI product success.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay current on industry trends and identify innovation opportunities.
- Work with UX / UI designers to build intuitive and effective user interfaces for AI features.
- Ensure AI products adhere to ethical guidelines, regulatory requirements, and privacy standards.
