Job Title : Senior Business Analyst (with Agency Management Systems experience)

Technical Skills (Primary) :
- Business Analyst with expertise in Agency Management Systems specifically Sagitta OR Applied EPIC
- Configure and customize Sagitta and Applied EPIC systems to meet business needs
- Experience of Integrating Portals on top of Sagitta and / or Applied EPIC
- Experience of Data Mapping for extracting Data from Sagitta and / or Applied EPIC for Reporting and Dashboard
- Strong background in analyzing business processes identifying improvement opportunities and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- Analyze and document business processes related to agency management systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to bridge identified gaps
- Configure and customize Sagitta and Applied EPIC systems to meet business needs
