- Experience with Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, and / or Lean is preferred
- Education :
- Associate's Degree or higher preferred
- Shift : 1st Shift
- Tentative Shift Start Time : 6 : 00 AM
- Tentative Shift End Time : 6 : 00 PM
- Complete requests from city auditors for desk review files, creating DMS numbers, and creating TAS case shells.
- Complete requests for reported histories.
- Process licensing requests from BAUs and JT-1s.
- Manage the City Authorization list, making updates and processing email requests to add or remove individuals.
- Manage confidentiality training and access to CORE SFTP.
- Process weekly distribution reports and other reports as needed.
- Cover email inbox when needed, assigning tickets and responding to city / towns with response emails.
Approximately 1-2 years of experience in an accounting and finance environment with a heavy emphasis on customer support, utilizing enterprise-level platforms for daily tasks 65% to 90% of the workday
High school diploma or equivalent

Position Description : This position will assist with the completion of multiple requests by city / town auditors, responding to emails, and providing requested documentation. Additionally, the position will support the inbox coordinator when needed and process weekly distribution reports by ensuring the accuracy of the report data and completing required notifications.
