Job Summary: Cable MSO client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front End Developer to join our UCC solutions team.
This role involves developing and implementing automated Email, SMS, and Autocall messaging solutions to enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with various departments to ensure the successful execution of communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Take fully formed business requirements and documented technical requirements to build and update Email and SMS code utilizing JSON
Lead the development and implementation of automated messaging solutions, including Email, SMS, and Autocall.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and document requirements for messaging solutions.
Ensure that all messaging solutions are compliant with industry standards and regulations.
Monitor and analyze the performance of messaging campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Manage a team of developers and other technical staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Escalate issues to management to ensure projects are not blocked and are completed on time.
Drive assigned tasks to completion with a keen sense of urgency and attention to detail.
