Observability / Application Monitoring Engineer w Florida Power Light

Qualifications :
- 3 years of experience in application monitoring and observability.
- Strong expertise in Splunk Monitoring (OS and application), dashboard creation, and alert configuration.
- Hands-on experience with AppDynamics APM platform, including agent installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with other monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) is a plus.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITOM is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) is a plus.
- Understanding of On-premise traditional infrastructure cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
