Requirements :
- Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in application development with 3 years specifically on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Expertise : Strong expertise in building Model-Driven and Canvas Power Apps, developing complex Power Automate workflows, and integrating with external data sources via the Common Data Service (Dataverse), APIs, and connectors.
- Mentorship Ability : Demonstrated experience in training and enabling other developers or teams on Power Platform tools and technologies.
- Technical Skills : Proficient in low-code / no-code development, JavaScript, JSON, RESTful services, and PowerShell. Familiarity with Azure services, Microsoft Dataverse, and custom connectors is a plus.
- Communication : Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts, lead knowledge-sharing sessions, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues quickly and support the team in achieving self-sufficiency
