- Very experienced Sr Project Manager (business side heavy), and as the manager put it 'has a lot of reps' and experience with big implementations in an enterprise environment
- Understanding of Agile methodology and is familiar ADO
- Be able to roll up sleeves and gets hands dirty. Needs do a lot of documentation as the business has really struggled to document a lot of the changes
- Help with change management
- Be ok to step in and help take notes, deck building in PPT, and get in the weeds but also communicate things up to VP level, executive presence
- Will work cross functionally with business NOC team, IT (NOC team), PMO, load planners and dispatchers and then the consulting firm they bring in
