Responsibilities
- Daily response to water damaged properties both during and after business hours
- Mechanical aptitude including Water extraction and Carpet cleaning equipment capability.
- Careful demolition of affected areas only
- Previous experience in repair and maintenance fields or Construction industry is an asset
- Utilize the equipment to dry the structure successfully to industry standards.
- Document all progress in job management software.
- The position is fast paced and requires flexibility of assignments and work hours.
- Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers.
- Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image.
- Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following all state traffic laws and company policies.
- Lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for prolonged periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a Background check and Drug screen.
- Excellent Customer Service experience in helping people.
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IICRC certification is a plus but not required.
- Ability to be on an ON-CALL rotation.
- Desire to improve processes and grow with company.
