Job Description:
As a Caregiver for Special Needs Individuals, you will provide essential support to individuals with various physical, emotional, and developmental needs. Your role will involve assisting with daily tasks, providing companionship, and ensuring their well-being in a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility support.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to individuals in your care.
- Assist with therapeutic exercises or activities as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Communicate with family members, healthcare providers, and other team members as needed.
- Ensure safety and well-being by following established care protocols.
- Previous experience in caregiving or working with individuals with special needs is preferred, but not required.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic personality.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to care plans.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
