Job Description:

The Senior Project Coordinator - Luxury Homes will manage all stages of luxury residential construction projects from start to finish. This includes ensuring successful project delivery through effective communication with stakeholders and team members.

Responsibilities:

• Closely monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Implement safety protocols to ensure OSHA compliance on job sites.

We seek an individual with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in construction software (Procore, Microsoft Project).
