- Build and strengthen referral partnerships by identifying, establishing, and nurturing relationships with key referral partners, including hospitals, mental health professionals, community organizations, EAPs, and other stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary liaison to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with referral sources.
- Develop and execute strategic outreach initiatives to increase referrals and admissions to Wellbrook Recovery.
- Promote the unique benefits of Wellbrook Recovery, including detox, residential services, trauma-informed care, family therapy, and alumni programs.
- Represent Wellbrook Recovery at community events, health fairs, conferences, and other relevant forums.
- Develop educational presentations to raise awareness about addiction recovery and available resources.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving needs of referral partners to adjust strategies effectively.
