What you will be doing : Clinical Nurse Specialist Critical Care
Practice as an expert clinician in a specialty area.Provide expertise in teaching mentoring consulting and research.Implement improvements in health care delivery systems.Influence outcomes by providing expert consultation to all care providers.Experience you will need : Clinical Nurse Specialist Critical Care
Masters Degree from a clinical nurse specialist program accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) or the National League for Nursing Accreditation Commission (NLNAC) or a Ph.D. from a clinical nurse specialist program accredited by the same organizations or a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) or currently enrolled in a Masters DNP or Ph.D. clinical nurse specialist program accredited by CCNE or NLNAC.Equivalent coursework and experience will be considered (e.g. Masters in nursing or Doctoral degree in Nursing not majoring in the CNS role such as Nursing Administration or Nursing Education).Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.National Provider BLS American Heart Association certification upon hire.3 years of registered nursing experience in the area of specialty.Current certification as a CNS upon hire (preferred).Current certification in the area of specialty upon hire (preferred).2 years of clinical leadership responsibility (preferred).Our client asked me to submit 3 great people within the next few days.
