Job Description

What you will be doing :

  • Perform accurate quantity takeoffs from plans and specifications
  • Obtain quotes and define scope of work for subcontractors and vendors
  • Communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
  • Attend onsite pre-bid meetings

    • Experience you will need :

  • Must have a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications
  • Computer skills : Microsoft Office products
  • Knowledge of civil site work and concrete work
  • Ability to work independently to meet estimate deadlines and client requirements

    • Our client asked me to submit 3 great people within the next few days. We work directly with the hiring manager and can arrange interviews within a few days
