Job Description

What you will be doing :

  • Provide centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation or closing of residential escrows, relieving branches of high volume paperwork.
  • Communicate information and instructions to escrow branches, but not to customers.
  • Perform tasks similar to associate level work, with slightly more complexity based on greater experience and knowledge.
  • Assist with escrow openings and closings.

    • Experience you will need :

  • Must be able to follow escrow procedures and have awareness of regulations governing the escrow process.
  • 1-2 years of escrow processing experience preferred.

    • Our client asked me to submit 3 great people within the next few days. We work directly with the hiring manager and can arrange interviews within a few days
