Job Description
What you will be doing :
Lead by example to ensure a strong safety culture is developed and supported.Ensure full conformance to EMS (Environmental Management System) requirements.Promote safety initiatives conduct safety training and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols.Oversee the daytoday operations ensuring efficient and highquality production.Coordinate schedules to meet demands ensuring optimal productivity and ontime delivery.Monitor production metrics to ensure compliance with quality standards.Lead develop and mentor a team focused on safety performance and professional development.Drive team engagement and coaching to ensure the team meets production and safety goals.Encourage open communication collaboration and critical thinking within the team.Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste improve quality and enhance efficiency.Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues coordinating with maintenance to minimize downtime.Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to optimize performance.Collaborate with quality control to ensure production meets quality standards and specifications.Conduct regular confirmations address issues immediately and ensure corrective actions are taken.Implement continuous improvement initiatives within the quality control processes.Oversee raw material and finished goods inventory levels to maintain supplies for production.Work closely with the supply chain team to optimize inventory.Manage costs including labor materials and supplies ensuring budget adherence.Experience you will need :
BS degree in Engineering Business or related field.Proven experience in extrusion coating or film production processes or similar processes.Strong leadership and communication skills with experience managing teams.Commitment to fostering a safetyfirst culture and driving continuous improvement.Excellent problemsolving and analytical abilities with a keen eye for operational efficiency.Proficiency in production planning inventory management and quality management systems.Solid experience with lean tools Six Sigma and / or other problemsolving tools.Our client asked me to submit 3 great people within the next few days.
