Job Description
What you will be doing :
- Manage large scale infrastructure projects and clients simultaneously.
- Establish and implement project objectives policies procedures and performance standards in line with company policies.
- Manage the entire project lifecycle from definition / scope through implementation.
- Act as a technical resource for the project team and lead design review meetings.
- Lead client communication and coordination including issuing agendas notes and schedules.
- Coordinate and prioritize project needs resources and information internally and with client project teams to move the project forward.
- Identify required and optional changes in project scope and negotiate changes with clients as warranted or best practices suggest.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle including coordinating with clients vendors and other project partners.
- Work with the Principal and New Business Coordinator contributing to the technical direction of new business proposals including project scope budget and timeline.
- Collaborate with the Principal and Finance Director on invoicing.
