Answer phones and screen phone calls
Direct calls to the appropriate person
Arrange courier deliveries
Handle mail by collecting, sorting, and distributing mail and packages
Place postage on mail for delivery
Maintain the office by keeping the reception area clean, safe, and organized
Maintain refreshments, coffee, etc.
Check office supply inventory, order new supplies, and distribute supplies
Provide administrative support by answering questions from guests and employees
Support team members with administrative tasks
Perform clerical tasks like faxing, photocopying, and scanning
Perform data entry and filing tasks
Experience you will need :
High School Diploma
Experience in administrative support
Excellent communication skills
