Job Description
What you will be doing :
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand marketing objectives and develop strategies to achieve them using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Create engaging content for email marketing social media and other digital channels within Marketing Cloud.
Design build and manage marketing automation workflows customer journeys and multichannel campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Develop and maintain data integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other systems using Data Sync Data Cloud or other ETL tools.
Utilize scripting languages such as AMPscript and SQL for customization and personalization of marketing communications.
Monitor campaign performance metrics and analyze data to optimize targeting segmentation and campaign effectiveness.
Provide technical expertise and support to marketing teams for campaign execution troubleshooting and optimization.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing sales and IT to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives.
Experience you will need :
Bachelor’s degree in computer science Marketing Business or related field.
Primary requirement for this role includes demonstrable knowledge and experience with multichannel marketing campaigns. Email SMS and Push notification implementation experience required.
Proven experience (7 years) working as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or similar role.
Strong content creation skills with experience in developing engaging marketing content across various digital channels.
Proficiency in marketing automation principles and best practices with handson experience in building and managing workflows and customer journeys.
Experience in developing and managing multichannel marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement data integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other systems using Data Sync Data Cloud or other ETL tools.
Familiarity with Financial Service Cloud is a plus.
Knowledge of scripting languages such as AMPscript and SQL for customization and personalization of marketing communications.
Excellent communication collaboration and problemsolving skills.
Data Cloud experience is highly desirable.
Familiarity with developing on other cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services
Salesforce certifications are preferred :
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant
