If that’s you, let’s talk! Job Type : Contract Location : Indianapolis, Indiana Pay : Great Pay! Job Description What you will be doing :
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the information security program.
Focus on governance tasks within IAM Operations (Quality Reviews, Audit, Certifications, knowledge base article revisions).
Collaborate with IT, legal, compliance, and other teams to implement and maintain security controls and processes.
Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate potential security risks and vulnerabilities.
Lead security awareness and training initiatives to educate employees on security best practices and promote a culture of security awareness.
Manage security incidents and breaches, including investigation, response, and remediation efforts.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of security incidents, metrics, and initiatives to senior management and stakeholders.
Experience you will need :
Solid understanding of information security principles, practices, technologies, and standards.
Familiarity with risk management methodologies and frameworks.
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Experience in developing and implementing information security policies, standards, and procedures.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field (preferred).
Relevant certifications or advanced degrees are a plus (preferred).
5 years of experience in information security, with demonstrated experience in managing security operations and projects (preferred).
