Design and develop automated solutions
Configure and deploy automation tools (RedHat AAP)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Maintain and optimize automated systems
Monitor infrastructure, applications, websites, APIs, etc. (Datadog)
Provide training and support
Experience you will need :
Extensive experience within the information security / technology sector
Proven experience with Ansible
Proven experience with REST APIs
Proven experience with Azure, Azure DevOps, and working within CI / CD pipelines
Proven experience with IaC templating, complex automated workflows, and automated provisioning
Experience with ServiceNow CMDB
Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog or similar)
Experience with job scheduling / SCM (AAP, Rundeck, Git)
Jinja templating knowledge
Proven experience in incident management, service request management, and troubleshooting using root cause analysis (RCA) techniques
Expertise in deploying and maintaining business-critical applications and solutions
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Outstanding English language written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding customer service skills
