Position Summary:


We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Client Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service, guidance, and support. You’ll play a critical role in driving client satisfaction, retention, and overall success by aligning our PEO solutions with their unique business needs.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate.
  • HRA Implementation: Lead new clients through a seamless onboarding process, ensuring the proper information is communicated to the vendor to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Strategic Support: Proactively identify client needs and opportunities, offering tailored solutions to enhance their experience and outcomes.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve client inquiries, concerns, or challenges in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance, to ensure clients receive consistent and accurate support.
  • Client Retention: Monitor client satisfaction, identify at-risk accounts, and implement strategies to ensure high client retention rates. Benchmark every other year to ensure client is receiving the best value.


 Qualifications:


  • BS in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3 years of experience in client success, account management, or a related role, preferably within a PEO or HR services environment.
  • Strong understanding of PEO & HRA services, including payroll, benefits, HR, and compliance.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, HR software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping clients succeed.
