- Deliver and Execute (70%) - The Manager of Marketing role will focus on a wide range of initiatives from strategic initiatives to tactical execution. This role requires someone who can think creatively and strategically, work autonomously, and collaborate with the internal sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a passion for healthcare and innovation to contribute to a dynamic team.

Collaborate with internal sales teams to develop and produce sales presentations, marketing / sales sheets, and other sales enablement materials.Create engaging B2B LinkedIn content and thought leadership pieces that align with Expion Health's brand and messaging.Independently manage multiple projects and timelines with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.Coordinate and manage marketing aspects of trade show and conference participation, including submitting company bios and materials, securing necessary equipment (tables, chairs, electric, etc.), and overseeing creation of and timelines for booth pieces, printed materials, and swag. Ensure timely communication of logistics and key dates to the sales team and relevant stakeholders.Other duties as assignedRequired Expertise
7 years of proven experience in marketing, advertising, or product marketing, preferably within B2B, healthcare, or SaaS industries.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating a balance of creativity and strategic thinking.Ability to drive projects from strategy to execution.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging.An eye for good design and ability to collaborate with and provide creative oversight to a designerBonus : Basic proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva or graphic design skills.Preferred Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.Curious, flexible, and able to work with ambiguity.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Resourceful and able to work autonomously and be self-motivated in a remote work environment.High level of integrity and adherence to ethical standards.Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills.What it's like to work with us
