Job Description:
The Client Services Manager position involves daily interaction with both existing and potential clients, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service. Acting as a crucial link between Expivia and our clients, your responsibilities include:
- Establishing and nurturing strong client relationships through exceptional customer support.
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of each client's key performance indicators (KPIs), encompassing business models, crucial operating processes, and systems.
- Proactively communicating with internal departments like Production, Human Resources, and IT.
- Maximizing operational efficiency to exceed client expectations and company goals.
- Assisting in resolving client issues by proposing effective solutions and ensuring satisfactory resolution.
- Evaluating products/services to ensure they align with client specifications.
- Providing daily reports and conducting statistical analysis.
- Offering recommendations to clients and assisting in the selection of products/services that meet their needs.
- Collaborating with the marketing and sales division to align work operations with the objectives of the client services unit.
Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field OR 5 years of relevant working experience preferred.
- Proficiency in computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional planning and project management skills.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Flexibility is a prerequisite.
- Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
