Mission :
- Diagnostic / Automotive Support : Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues using diagnostic tools and software. Analyze problems and provide solutions or escalate as necessary.
- Technical Documentation : Maintain and update technical records and documentation related to vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Customer Interaction : Communicate with customers to understand their issues, explain technical details, and provide updates on repair status.
- Parts and Equipment Management : Manage and order automotive parts and equipment. Ensure that all tools and equipment are in working order.
- Repair Assistance : Support mechanics and technicians in performing repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring high standards of workmanship.
- Training and Support : Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff or new hires as needed.
