Overview
Automation architect (10 to 14yrs of Automation experience) responsibile for providing creating a framework based on the landscape of the applications, deeper understanding on open source technologies. extensive experience in working on proposal, RFP's, effort estimation, setting up Automation CoE.
Responsibilities
- Good level of understanding of architectural principles, Design methodologies, and their applicability.
- Deep understanding of Automation Framework types and their usage for creating sustainable automation solutions. Experience in Cloud services (AWS, Azure, Browser Stack, etc.), SDLC Tools, specifically Test, Build, and CI/CD Automation tools and their utility
- Hands-on development of Automation framework on Playwright, BDD(cucumber), Selenium, TDD, and Serenity with skills in Java, Javascript, and Typescript on web,API,mobile and Mainframe platform
- Hands-on Git and continuous integration tools (Jenkins, TeamCity, Bamboo, Git Hub Actions, etc.)
- Experience in the development of YAML, Workflow creation, and Deployment of test scripts.
- Experience in understanding API and hands-on experience in the implementation of Test Automation of REST and SOAP API Automation using plugins like Apache Swagger, CXF.
- Hands-on experience in automating standard application technologies, e.g., UI (Web/Thick Clients), Messaging / API systems, Database (including NoSQL), and Mobile.
- Participate in designing Test Automation Architecture Principles and their application in building or re-working automation framework(s) and artifacts.
- Excellent communication/coordination skills
- Contribution to new innovation
- Experience in setting up Automation TCoE
- Experience in consulting and tool recommendation, methodology, and Delivery process.
- Experience in working directly with Business stakeholders
