Your Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the RFP process for TBM and Cloud FinOps tools, managing vendor demos, evaluations, and final selection recommendations.
- Support approval workflows for project funding and strategic alignment.
- Drive 2026 Cloud Strategy budget planning in collaboration with finance and tech teams (April to August 2026).
- Coordinate execution and integration of recommendations across departments.
- Document policies, procedures, and operational guides to support ongoing cloud operations.
- Manage project scope, timeline, and budget—up to $5 million—with matrixed teams and vendor resources.
- Promote adoption of a project-focused culture within IT and broader enterprise environments.
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 10 years of progressive experience in IT project management with proven success in leading complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives.
- Strong background in IT service delivery, ideally with exposure to cloud technologies.
- Hands-on experience with vendor management and enterprise RFP processes.
- Familiarity with FinOps and financial management in cloud environments.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross-functional team collaboration skills.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and communication capabilities.
- PMP certification or the ability to obtain it within 3 years of hire.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in business analysis related to policy and procedure development.
- Agile methodologies or certifications.
- Cloud or FinOps-related certifications (e.g., FinOps Certified Practitioner).
Education & Certifications You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree with 7 years of experience.
- PMP certification or equivalent required (can be obtained within 3 years).
