Your Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise software projects with integration to legacy systems• Own full project lifecycle—scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder alignment• Manage day-to-day execution including project meetings, documentation, issue resolution, and reporting• Support a team of 10–15 developers, analysts, and testers while collaborating closely with senior leadership and department heads• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, translating technical updates into actionable insights• Support internal business customers with minimal travel required • Create compelling executive summaries and visual status reports for senior stakeholders
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 5–7 years of direct project management experience, plus 5–10 years of adjacent experience (PMO, BA, QA Lead, etc.)• Experience with commercial off-the-shelf software deployments and legacy system integration• Strong financial management background including actuals, variance analysis, and forecasting• Proficient with MS Project, Office 365, Confluence, Jira, and other PM tools• Excellent communicator with the ability to lead meetings and visualize complex data
Bonus Points If You Have:
- PMP certification or equivalent• Experience with accrual-based accounting• Utility industry background or large enterprise experience• Strong vendor management and RFP handling experience
Education & Certifications You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent work experience)• PMP or similar project management certification preferred
Salary : $80 - $150,000
