IT Project Manager - EMR Implementation
Location: Remote (Preferred: Minnesota | Must be able to travel up to 20% for occasional on-site visits) This opportunity is only open to candidates authorized to work in the US.

Trissential is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a mission-critical EMR implementation. This role is estimated to be 32 to 40 hours per week for one year. Your Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Point-Click-Care to replace current legacy systems• Serve as the primary liaison between multiple stakeholder groups and vendors• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communication across complex stakeholder groups• Ensure smooth project execution within healthcare and long-term care environments• Travel to site (Rochester, MN) as needed—approx. 20% of the time—to ensure stakeholder alignment and implementation success• Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and keep the project on track
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- Proven experience implementing healthcare technology in long-term care or retirement communities• Hands-on Point-Click-Care implementation experience• Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills• Comfortable navigating large, complex healthcare organizations• Ability to operate independently and get up to speed quickly
Education & Certifications You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)• PMP or other relevant project management certification
