Your Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Point-Click-Care to replace current legacy systems• Serve as the primary liaison between multiple stakeholder groups and vendors• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communication across complex stakeholder groups• Ensure smooth project execution within healthcare and long-term care environments• Travel to site (Rochester, MN) as needed—approx. 20% of the time—to ensure stakeholder alignment and implementation success• Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and keep the project on track
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- Proven experience implementing healthcare technology in long-term care or retirement communities• Hands-on Point-Click-Care implementation experience• Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills• Comfortable navigating large, complex healthcare organizations• Ability to operate independently and get up to speed quickly
Education & Certifications You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)• PMP or other relevant project management certification
