Overview
1. Strong Cards Domain knowledge
2. Knowledge of PRIME application (Prime Web and Prime Jobs Administrator)
3. L1/L2 Support based on End Client and Test team requests including
- Batch processing and Transaction posting
- External Interface file loads
- Application Health monitoring
- Patch deployments
- Performing Automated Sanity checks on the regions post deployments
4. Good communication skills
5. Experience required - 3 to 6 Years
6. Has to be willing to work on a Rotational Shift basis (8 hours/day - Morning or Night shift in a given week that will vary based on Client Rota)
