Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic communication plans tailored to change initiatives
- Design and build templates that streamline processes and support consistent messaging
- Create comprehensive training materials to upskill teams and drive adoption of new processes or tools
- Conduct thorough change impact analyses, identifying challenges and opportunities to inform decision-making
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and engagement throughout the change lifecycle
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and insights to navigate complex organizational changes
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Organizational Change Management or related roles
- Proven ability to execute tactical OCM activities with precision and attention to detail
- Strong background in communication strategy, template creation, and training development
- Hands-on experience with change impact analysis and driving measurable outcomes

Trissential offers a competitive compensation package for part-time roles. The hourly pay range for this role is $59 to $69 depending on candidate's qualifications and experience.
