Responsibilities
Role –
- Proto vehicle concern synthesis & leading the repair team.
- Defect evaluation and Pre-analysis.
- Concern validation Along with CFT Team.
- Preparing Concern Pre-analysis report.
- Find out the Countermeasures and Root cause.
- Vehicle driving validation plan from Proto to SOP Experience in vehicle Management of project Quality performance.
- Rich experience in Proto Vehicle validation scheduling and dispatch Vehicles
- Vehicle inspection and maintenance.
- Vehicle performance monitoring, record keeping, and improvement.
Qualifications
B.E. Mech - knowldege in Automotive domain
Essential skills
- Knowledge of BIW or T&C assembly.
- Analytical ability.
- Organization of a vehicle project in the prototype phase and then during the factory start-up.
- MS Office: Word, Excel
- 1D measurements (caliper, gauge, ruler)
Desired skills
- Implementation, animation and reporting of an activity.
- Use of quality procedures: PDCA, QC Story.
Deployment of an activity in a transversal system.
