Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead the redevelopment of a public-facing Kentico website, collaborating with project managers, designers, and key stakeholders
- Development & Customization: Build and tailor modules, widgets, and components within the Kentico CMS to align with business needs
- Architecture & Design: Design scalable, maintainable solutions by applying best practices in CMS architecture and development
- Integration: Seamlessly integrate third-party APIs, services, and applications into the Kentico environment
- Performance Optimization: Enhance website performance, security, and SEO, ensuring responsive, high-quality user experiences
- Mentorship: Guide and support junior developers to foster skill development and knowledge sharing
- Quality Assurance: Perform code reviews, rigorous testing, and maintain coding standards to ensure deliverable excellence
- Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation and workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of professional development experience, with at least 5 years of CMS expertise (Kentico preferred)
- Proven experience in CMS architecture, design, and implementation, with a focus on scalability and maintainability
- Kentico CMS Certified Developer certification is highly desirable
- Strong proficiency in ASP.NET MVC, C#, and SQL Server
- Advanced front-end skills, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks.
- Familiarity with CMS APIs, web parts, and personalization strategies
- Experience with source control systems such as Git or SVN and CI/CD pipelines
- Solid understanding of performance tuning, security best practices, and accessibility standards

Benefits
Trissential offers a competitive compensation package for full time roles. The pay range for this role is $137 000 to $147 000 annually depending on candidate's qualifications and experience.
