Trissential is partnering with a leading cardiovascular surgery team to develop a brand-new application that guides patients through every step of their surgical journey—from prep to recovery. We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong front-end chops (React) and solid backend skills in C#/.NET to bring this project to life.

Your Role & Responsibilities
- Design and develop intuitive, user-centered front-end experiences using React
- Build and maintain resilient, scalable backend services using C# and .NET
- Collaborate with data engineers and cloud architects to integrate backend systems with large-scale data solutions
- Participate in the entire SDLC – from architecture to CI/CD to post-deployment monitoring
- Lead complex problem-solving and root cause analysis for performance and reliability issues
- Support DevOps, Agile, and continuous development/integration workflows
- Act as a mentor and technical resource to junior developers and cross-functional teammates
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 5 years of full stack development experience with a focus on React and C#/.NET
- Strong grasp of modern front-end design principles and responsive UI development
- Experience building and scaling distributed systems or cloud-native applications
- Proficiency with databases, RESTful APIs, and secure backend architectures
- Experience in Agile teams and familiarity with Git, CI/CD tools, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in healthcare or building HIPAA-compliant software
- Comfort with Go, Python, or Java for backend services
- Knowledge of machine learning, big data platforms, or business intelligence tools
Education & Certifications You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or Associate’s with 7 years experience)
- Master’s degree is a plus
