Your Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and AI/GenAI
- Implement and optimize large language models (LLMs), natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning (ML) to enhance automation workflows
- Build and maintain intelligent document processing (IDP) solutions to extract and process information efficiently
- Ensure automation solutions integrate seamlessly with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems for optimal performance
- Develop robust error-handling mechanisms to ensure automation reliability
- Deploy automation solutions into production environments, ensuring stability and scalability
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for existing and newly developed automations
- Establish and maintain documentation for automation architecture, design, and best practices
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 5 years of experience in automation development, low-code/no-code platforms, or scripting languages
- Strong Power Automate expertise – Experience designing and implementing complex workflows with connectors, custom actions, and error handling
- Deep knowledge of Copilot Studio & AI Agents – Ability to design conversational flows, integrate knowledge bases, and enhance interactions using NLP & sentiment analysis
- Experience with AI Builder – Ability to incorporate AI-powered capabilities into automation solutions
- API & Systems Integration – Ability to connect automation solutions with enterprise applications and data sources
- Excellent communication & problem-solving skills – Ability to collaborate with teams and mentor others on automation best practices
- Bonus: Experience in healthcare automation, certifications in automation tools, or expertise in responsible AI development
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in designing and architecting automation solutions for enterprise environments.
- Understanding of security and ethical considerations related to AI-powered automation.
- Certifications in Microsoft Power Automate, Copilot Studio, AI/ML, or related automation tools is a plus.
- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation for automation architecture, workflows, and development standards.

- Competitive Compensation – The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on candidate qualifications and experience.
