Your Role & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and AI / GenAIImplement and optimize large language models (LLMs), natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning (ML) to enhance automation workflowsBuild and maintain intelligent document processing (IDP) solutions to extract and process information efficientlyEnsure automation solutions integrate seamlessly with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems for optimal performanceDevelop robust error-handling mechanisms to ensure automation reliabilityDeploy automation solutions into production environments , ensuring stability and scalabilityProvide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for existing and newly developed automationsEstablish and maintain documentation for automation architecture, design, and best practicesSkills & Experience You Should Possess
5 years of experience in automation development , low-code / no-code platforms, or scripting languagesStrong Power Automate expertise - Experience designing and implementing complex workflows with connectors, custom actions, and error handlingDeep knowledge of Copilot Studio & AI Agents - Ability to design conversational flows, integrate knowledge bases, and enhance interactions using NLP & sentiment analysisExperience with AI Builder - Ability to incorporate AI-powered capabilities into automation solutionsAPI & Systems Integration - Ability to connect automation solutions with enterprise applications and data sourcesExcellent communication & problem-solving skills - Ability to collaborate with teams and mentor others on automation best practicesBonus : Experience in healthcare automation , certifications in automation tools, or expertise in responsible AI developmentEducation & Certifications You Need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Experience in designing and architecting automation solutions for enterprise environments.Understanding of security and ethical considerations related to AI-powered automation.Certifications in Microsoft Power Automate, Copilot Studio, AI / ML, or related automation tools is a plus.Ability to create and maintain technical documentation for automation architecture, workflows, and development standards.What We Offer
