Trissential is hiring two Systems Administrators to join our client’s team, helping to maintain and enhance a critical Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS). Your Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain, configure, and support the ADMS system
- Perform Windows Server (2016 ) and Windows 10/11 administration, including patch management
- Manage Active Directory and Group Policy configurations
- Automate routine tasks and system maintenance using PowerShell scripting
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to system applications, workstations, and infrastructure
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineers and technical specialists
- Work within an Agile framework, completing tasks assigned during 2-week sprints
- Support change management processes and incident resolution using ServiceNow and Jira
- Interface with system vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Participate in an on-call rotation after approximately six months of training
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- Must-Have:
- Experience supporting Windows Server (2016 ), Windows 10/11, and Active Directory
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on system stability and performance
- Experience with change and patch management in an enterprise environment
- Ability to work in an Agile environment using Jira
- Preferred:
- ADMS experience (any version)
- Power distribution or utility industry experience
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation
- Familiarity with Group Policy management in Windows environments
- ServiceNow experience for change management
Preferred Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE) or Cisco network certifications
