Professional Services Consultants play a critical role in the deployment, adoption, and utilization of the Metrics That Matter product and services. The PS Implementation Consultant role requires technical expertise, strong communication skills, and deep knowledge of the Learning & Development industry. The goal is to deliver a seamless deployment of the MTM product, ensuring the solution is driving towards the client's measurement objectives and goals.
Roles and Responsibilities :
The Professional Services team is the first point of contact, post contract signing. This group works with customers to ensure the products and solutions implemented are fit for purpose and meet the requirements of the project and organization. Below is a list of core roles and responsibilities :
- Work closely and directly with customers - to define requirements and deploy solutions.
- Deliver business analysis and solutions engineering with our customer champions - to understand in detail the use cases and business processes and define and implement the solutions in Metrics That Matter.
- Maximize client satisfaction and adoption - by helping the client get quickly up and running, including collection of data with first several weeks of deployment.
- Be a strategic thinker and partner - by connecting customer goals with Explorance products.
- Effectively project manage - help client remain within the scope of their projects, maintain timelines and meet deadlines. Provide updates to other key team members (PS leadership, CSM, Sales)
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently - includes multiple implementations, incoming support tasks, and ad-hoc projects.
- Liaise with the product development team - to document new requirements, follow up to ensure the work meets the requirements, identify additional product / services opportunities. Technically manage API and SSO - working with client's IT and Explorance resources to ensure smooth, successful experience
