Explore Academy Elementary is seeking to hire individuals who have a passion for helping students be successful and grow in their academic and social skills. Educational Assistants at our school are at the center of our model, supporting all aspects and ensuring that all components function smoothly. Educational Assistants at Explore Acadmey play many roles including: supporting students and teachers in classrooms, fostering social skills through being on duty at recess, supporting and monitoring interactions in the cafeteria during lunch time, serving lunch, being classroom substitutes when teachers are absent, and supporting in our Flex part of the day ensuring students are completing their coursework and frontloading.
