About the Role
We’re looking for skilled Fiberglass Mold Technicians to maintain, repair, and enhance the molds that shape our industry-leading fiberglass pools. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who loves working with precision tools, solving technical challenges, and contributing to high-quality production.
What You’ll Do
- Repair and maintain molds to ensure top performance in our manufacturing process
- Modify molds and frameworks to meet evolving production demands
- Support mold construction and reconstruction projects
- Operate power tools like grinders, drills, saws, jigs, and pneumatic equipment with precision
- Safely handle chemicals and wear PPE, including full-face respirators, knee pads, and fall protection
- Interpret technical mold construction drawings accurately
- Thrive in a dynamic environment requiring climbing, bending, and kneeling
- Pass respiratory testing to wear a full-face respirator
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in fiberglass construction, auto body repair, or composite materials
- Proficiency with shop tools and equipment
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics
- Physical stamina to work in various positions for extended periods
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and proper chemical handling
