Key Responsibilities of a Sales Center Manager include :
- Sales and Revenue Goals : Create and execute strategic plans to exceed sales and revenue targets.
- Channel Management : Identify and develop channel partners, supporting business growth as directed by senior leadership.
- Team Leadership : Build and lead a high-performing team of Sales and Customer Service representatives, ensuring they meet and surpass performance metrics.
- Customer Relations : Manage key customer relationships and develop strategic opportunities to drive growth.
- Budget Management : Oversee the annual sales and cost budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Inventory Management : Collaborate with the Operations Department to maintain optimal inventory levels and manage inventory security and condition.
- Compliance : Ensure all operations comply with legal standards, including environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Training and Development : Mentor and develop new and existing staff to promote continuous improvement.
- Reporting : Provide accurate and timely sales performance reports to senior management.
