Associate Recruiter
We are growing! We are looking to hire a remote associate recruiter to our team. This individual will be self motivated, a go getter, organized, and have the ability to work a remote/flexible schedule based on the client needs.
About us:
eXplore recruiting - We help business recruit and hire sales and operation leaders. We work mainly in the restaurant and retail space to help franchises and small - medium sized companies hire field and unit leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through cold calling, social media, referrals, and your professional and personal network of connections.
- Conduct screenings and interviews to qualify candidates and match them to their next opportunity.
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
Must be comfortable making cold calls and meeting weekly activity requirements.
- 2 years experience in recruiting, sourcing, and interviewing (preferred)
- The ability to work 100% remotely
- Strong organizational skills
- Self motivated with a sense of urgency
The Role:
- This is an hourly pay role plus commission
- 10-20 hours a week
- You will set your own schedule based on client needs and candidate availability for phone screens
- Must be able to meet Activity and Production requirements
This role is remote but ideally need someone who is located in or around Omaha.
Salary : $1,500 - $5,000
