ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with and communication with all parties involved
- Research all aspects of the destination needs
- Prepare and present itineraries to primary group contacts
- Respond to all inquiries promptly
- Document all clients' needs properly to ensure requests and needs are met
- Follow all company procedures and policies
- Follow up with all clients with any and all additional needs
- Attend live trainings
- Must have a phone (laptop also preferred, but not required)
- Must have good internet connection
- Must be able to handle working under pressure and meet deadlines consistently
- Ability to plan and manage client’s needs with little to no supervision
