- 18 years old
- U.S or Mexican Citizen
- Proficient in using a computer and the internet
- Ability to Communicate Effectively
- Detail oriented - Self starter
- You will support various groups and organizations by researching, coordinating and booking trips
- Create quotes that meet all of the clients requirements including location, food requirements, excursions and budgets
- Coordinate all required travel documents for employees I.e. passports, country entrance paperwork
- Disseminate all information to client's employees on an as needed basis
- Process payments for groups, assuure all payment deadlines are met on time
- Create detailed itineraries and guidelines for clients including What to Pack and What to Expect
- Work part time or full time
- Work from Home - this is a remote position
