Job Overview:

The Account Executive, Small Business is responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential Small Businesses clients, and closing sales. This role will focus on promoting ExploreMyPC’s web design and technology services to businesses. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and have strong communication skills. Also, your job is to focus on managing client accounts and relationships, and closing sales. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, pitch ExploreMyPC services, and ensure client satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact between ExploreMyPC and its clients

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and engage with potential Small Business clients through cold calling, emailing, networking, and other methods.
  • Sales Outreach: Reach out to new Small Business prospects and follow up with existing leads to close sales opportunities.
  • Consultation: Meet with potential Small Business clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate website design solutions.
  • Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase ExploreMyPC’s services to Small Businesses.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service before and after the sale.
  • Negotiation: Handle pricing and contract negotiations to close deals that benefit both the Small Business client and ExploreMyPC.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor services, and market demand to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Reporting: Track sales activities, customer interactions, and sales results, providing reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Collaboration: Work with the marketing and project management teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and align on business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in technology, Small Businesses, digital services, or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Skills:
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
    • Familiarity with CRM software, lead tracking, and sales funnel management.
    • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
    • Ability to understand technical products and explain them to non-technical clients.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in web design, digital marketing, or tech-related sales.
  • Knowledge of SEO, UX/UI design, and web development practices.
  • Experience with sales software like Intercom CRM Platforms.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Earn 15% Commission Exclusively on Clients Enrolled in the Professional Plan
  • Compensation Issued on a Bi-Weekly Basis 
  • Your Choice: Work Remotely at home or Work at the office
  • Work Days: Monday - Thursday
  • 3-Day Weekend: Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Salary : $28,000 - $70,000
