Purpose : We are seeking a skilled and versatile Off-Site Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in carpentry, metal fabrication, concrete work, and painting. This role involves traveling to various job sites to install and finish projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.

The Job :

• Installation : Perform off-site installations of various structures and elements, including carpentry, metal fabrication, concrete work, and painting.
• Carpentry : Construct, assemble, and install wooden structures, including frameworks, panels, and custom designs.
• Metal Fabrication : Fabricate, assemble, and install metal components and structures according to project specifications.
• Concrete Work : Prepare, pour, and finish concrete surfaces, including setting forms, mixing materials, and ensuring proper curing.
• Painting : Apply paint and finishing products to surfaces, ensuring a high level of craftsmanship and adherence to project designs.
• Site Preparation : Prepare job sites for installation, including measuring, cutting, and assembling materials.
• Quality Control : Ensure all installations meet quality standards and project specifications, conducting inspections and making adjustments as needed.
• Tool and Equipment Use : Safely operate and maintain hand and power tools, as well as equipment required for installation tasks.
• Problem-Solving : Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process.
• Safety : Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Documentation : Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to the installation process, including time logs and material usage.
