About the Role :
We are seeking a Lead CNC Operator to join our team at our Main Location. As the Lead CNC Operator, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of our CNC machines and ensuring that all products are manufactured to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with our production team to ensure that all orders are completed on time and to the customer's satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the machines to ensure optimal performance.
Minimum Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of experience operating CNC machines
- Experience with programming and troubleshooting CNC machines
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
